Pay how you prefer
Card subscriptions are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. For prepaid usage you can top up your account balance with Alipay or WeChat Pay (minimum ¥50).
Prepaid balance is final
Prepaid top-ups (Alipay / WeChat) are non-refundable and cannot be offsetagainst other invoices. Balance is consumed by metered usage at your plan's rates.
Pricing questions
When should I upgrade from Free?+
Free covers evaluation and low-volume allow/block at summary depth. Upgrade when you need the evidence (trust.reasons), network/BGP detail, higher quotas, bulk lookups, or dataset downloads.
What does “field depth” actually change?+
Every tier runs the identical verdict engine. Higher tiers project more of the verdict — reasons, network topology, contacts, activity — they do not change the score, only how much of the evidence you can see.
Which plans include an SLA?+
Only the Custom plan carries a contractual SLA, sold through sales. The four self-serve tiers (Free / Pro / Business / Enterprise) do not.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?+
No — the free tier needs no card. Card subscriptions are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the billing dashboard via the Stripe Billing Portal.
Is the prepaid balance refundable?+
No. Alipay / WeChat prepaid top-ups are non-refundable and cannot be offset against other invoices.
