Payment methods
Customer pricing is in USD. Card payments run as a Stripe subscription — this site never collects card numbers. Alipay and WeChat Pay top up a prepaid wallet.
Prepaid balance is not refundable
A prepaid balance is not refunded and cannot pay a subscription invoice; prepaid is not a fifth plan. For a bank transfer, contact sales — the platform books it to your account.
Pricing questions
When should I upgrade from Free?+
Upgrade when you need Standard or Advanced fields — verdict reasons, city and coordinates, network and BGP detail, multi-vantage routing. Capacity numbers are not published on this page; your own usage is in the dashboard.
What does “field depth” actually change?+
Every plan runs the same verdict engine. A higher plan projects more of the same result back to you — reasons, network detail, uncertainty — it does not change the score. Enterprise is not a deeper JSON.
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise is Contact us. The self-serve plans are Free, Pro and Business. There is no public Custom plan and no fixed Enterprise price.
Do I need a credit card for Free?+
No. Card subscriptions are handled by Stripe and this site never stores a card number.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Sign in and open the Stripe Billing Portal from the billing page in your dashboard to upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
Is the prepaid balance refundable?+
No. A prepaid balance is not refunded and cannot pay a subscription invoice.
